Welcome to the Tim Moon website. The core of Tims work is his songwriting and multi-instrumental work, and from that the concert work is a major component. Tim has worked solo, alongside other projects, since around 1978 and has a wide repertoire of music and songs which means he can do a rockin' pub gig just as well as a gentle folk club set. Tim has supported Fairport Convention, appeared on TV and radio and played all types of venue over the years. Contact tim@timmoon.co.uk to book him. February 21st 2008 NEW ALBUM; Just out is 'The Ladder in My Head', an album created for the Homeless Week in Leeds this year. I spent a day at St Georges Crypt homeless centre in Leeds, talking and observing and wrote the whole album in the next few days, with two exceptions. 'Flag of Convenience' and 'Second Window on the Left', both in new versions. | ||||||||

In 2008 I will be going to Ireland to appear at the Nyah Festival in Cavan, and hope to do some other gigs in Ireland while I'm there. Also, coming out of that will be a new one man show called 'The Oak in My Spine' based around English Music. I hope to tour it in Summer 2008, more details to come. | ||||||||
