For over twenty years Tim Moon (Banjo / Vocals) and Peadar Long (Alto Saxophone) have provided their unique brand of music to all manner of events from tours of bus stops for Leeds Metro to Country Fairs. From craft markets to building sites. From launching rail services to pear days, Moon de Lune have done it all, in sunshine and snow and rain and wind.

Moon de Lune fill gaps in programmes while technical work goes on, they interact with the audience and play a large selection of music in a style that is their own. They are fully mobile and move around and spread the fun!

When playing indoor events (eg museums, cafes etc) Tim and Peadar play quieter sets using their range of instrumental expertise. As well as saxophones Peadar plays whistle, flute, clarinet and piccolo. With Moon de Lune Tim also plays bouzouki, dojo, mandola, mandolin and guitar.
